Position 1:5 cutting tool project engineers Main responsibility description: L Responsible for cooperating with the sales staff to develop the early customer, customer site condition (machine tool, fixture), customer product drawing processing process and other information collection and sorting; according to the collected information, design special tool, draw tool diagram (tool scheme confirmation drawing); L Responsible for communicating with customers to confirm the tool plan, and communicating with the internal manufacturing department of the company to confirm the manufacturing cost and efficiency feasibility of the tool design scheme; L Responsible for the delivery, commissioning and acceptance of project tools; L Responsible for the technical problem analysis of customer complaints in the project, propose solutions, follow up the solution of problems, complete the project delivery and be able to make the summary; L Responsible for the company's internal technical exchange and communication, collect and summarize the tool application success cases and use reports and sharing; L Responsible for the implementation of the company's internal R & D projects, and control and supervise the process of the project to ensure the smooth progress of the R & D work; L Cooperate with the Marketing Department to carry out product technology promotion and training, and provide information support for the company's business decisions.

l Assist the Marketing Department to understand competitors, conduct competitive analysis, find differentiated competitive advantages, make technological innovation and improvement of new and existing products, and improve the technical competitiveness of products; Job experience requirements: L. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design and manufacturing related degree; More than l 5 years working experience in tool engineer, familiar with the auto parts manufacturing process, have done the automotive engine and parts overall tool plan is preferred; l Familiar with cutting tool production principle and processing technology, have a solid theoretical foundation and technical work experience, such as metal cutting technology, manufacturing technology, tool materials and heat treatment, numerical control technology knowledge; And l understand the construction of CNC machine tools, processing parameters and factor analysis on tool life; And l Familiar with common failure methods and improvement measures in tool processing; And l Proficient in using CAD and other design software for tool drawing; proficient in any 3 D design software in UG, Solidworks and PROE (UG is best); L can be independently responsible for the project commissioning, acceptance, and solving the tool application related problems in the process of project acceptance; l Basic PC application ability, skilled in office software (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.); L work proactive, serious and responsible, good innovative spirit and team spirit, with a certain practical ability;

Position 2: 2 Electrical Engineers

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, majoring in electrical control or mechatronics related to automation or power electronics;

2. Having five years or more of relevant work experience in the PLC industry, familiar with PLC product selection, PLC programming, circuit design, and familiar with the use of commonly used instruments and meters; Familiar with the selection and programming of PLC, frequency converter, soft starter, touch screen, and configuration software;

3. Proficient in programming and design of PLC brands such as Mitsubishi and Siemens, proficient in drawing, and familiar with the use of software (priority given to those who can program on the upper computer);

4. Capable of independently designing and installing all electrical components and electrical layouts for automation equipment, and responsible for producing standard work instructions;

5. Has strong innovation ability, independent work ability and team spirit;
Job responsibilities:

1. Assist in completing the production of machine tool equipment renovation projects;

2. Maintain and update the electrical system of existing CNC equipment;

3. According to actual needs, provide technical guidance on the production line or go to the application site for debugging;

4. Be able to understand electrical fault alarm information, analyze it accordingly, eliminate problem points, and solve faults;

5. Assist mechanical design engineers in component selection, component testing, prototype assembly and testing, etc.



Position 3: 2 Mechanical Design Engineers

Job requirements:

1. Mechanical design automation related majors with over 5 years of work experience;

2. More than 5 years of experience in designing and transforming non-standard automation equipment;

3. Proficient in the working principles of mechanical structures, familiar with the principles and basic processes of automation control;

4. Can understand mechanical and electrical installation drawings, and provide technical guidance for the installation and debugging process;

5. Proficient in using 2D/3D drawing and design software, possessing certain skills in fitters and the ability to install and debug machine tools;

6. Good language expression and communication coordination skills, diligent and down-to-earth in work, enterprising, with a strong sense of teamwork, and hardworking.
Job responsibilities:

1. Transforming existing ordinary equipment into fully automated equipment that meets production needs based on functional effects;

2. Independently designed equipment renovation drawings, and the design is reasonable and effective; Create a parts procurement BOM and submit it to relevant departments for approval;
